The New H.E.I.R-A of Mother Africa seeks to address these challenges by empowering the next generation of African entrepreneurs with the skills, knowledge, and networks necessary to create sustainable businesses and drive economic growth across the continent.
The New H.E.I.R-A of Mother Africa program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the critical sectors that underpin the African economy. Participants will learn about the unique challenges and opportunities in each sector and gain practical skills in areas such as Identifying strategic focus, business planning, financial management, marketing, and leadership.
